We have to change to deal with change

Everything changes, you might not mention before , but try to look around you, everything has change, your appearance was change, your work-mate also change, your great boss was moved to another branch.

It also happen to our company or organization. Everyday we see our competitor growth, they also offer new business model for better services at their customer, What should we do?, I think that we have to implement change management, to assure our company give the best response for the change. We must evaluate our organizational design, is it still relevant and agile facing competitor. We require to do tightened performance management, in order to increase effectiveness and overall productivity.

WE HAVE TO CHANGE TO DEAL WITH CHANGE !!
