Because, the recruitment process is going online, you do not need messy paper here, you wont have to post your application letter via post office, all you have to do is register online and follow the easy step there, then finished, it’s never been easier.  You might be thinking about  data validity that compiled by its system, whether you are a company that seeking employee or you are job seekers, is it the company real? How to check that information that submitted by job seekers are truth? And so forth.
