Best employee i ever seen
I have a friend who build a company in general construction. He is civil engineering from the famous university in Aussie. He works at the one of the rising company today. I describe him as a expert in construction skill form bricklaying to construction company management.
In our last meeting, I told him about my salute. He told me, it can happen because he always up-date himself, his team, and his company, especially in construction skill area by getting international construction certification and training. In a construction industry; technologies, processes and contractual relationships shift all the time and need to be keeping up with new ways of working. This means taking time to regularly review the skills and strengths of business and his team and to think about the skills that will be needed in career development. Furthermore, he have many business partner from other country and plan to open a branch in Singapore this year.
