best e-commerce tools

For 2 months, I’ve been starting online business. i sell clothes, merchandise, and all hiking equipment. The problem is, I still haven’t found best ecommerce software.

For the first time, I try to free version, which is embedded with hosting packages. I feel comfort then. After two weeks, the problem occurs and I don’t know where do I can ask for this problem.

I moved to best open source known, that promising easy to tweaking and re-coding. Something that you should know is my business model is unique. It brings problem at modify the ecommerce software, because I don’t have advance technical skill at web programming. Eventually, I insist to try tweak by myself, I read a book and other experience, I insist using this software and the result is fail!. I cant connect a payment gateway with some merchant.

And finally a week ago, I found the good one. I just bought shopping cart software. Wow..It’s different, I feel better here, I can talk with customer service anytime, with responsive technical support there.

I think I will use this software for my business.
